To allow us to control the manufacturing process and quality at all times, we rely on our own production and the use of state-of-the-art technology for our orthopaedic insoles.
Our shoe insoles are configured using CAD and then produced with millimetre precision using CNC insole milling machines. This guarantees the perfect dimensional accuracy and high quality of our products. We are also able to reproduce custom insoles at any time.
Together with various safety shoe manufacturers, we have developed a certified modification procedure for safety shoes that meets the requirements of DGUV 112-191 as well as EN ISO 20345 and EN ISO 20347.
In our own workshop, we take care of the professional orthopaedic finishing of safety shoes for our customers and also manufacture customised orthopaedic shoes.
